Let's talk about our 2012 New Year's Revolutions... each new year we resolve to change certain things in our lives..usually involves

 dieting & exercise..start doing this or stop doing that.....

this year let's try something different...let's just have fun...

hop in our hoops, put on some music & just let loose...if we do this consistently...then  everything else will fall into place & we will meet our goals

This is not a workout...let's call it our Hooptime ...

so to all my Hooping Friends...pull your hoops from under the bed, dust them off... and let's get this new year started...
